If your shipment is undelivered and returned back to origin with remarks 'un deliverable shipping address' due to lockdown restrictions then rest assured it will be shipped again soon as conditions are favorable for doorstep delivery.

Complete lockdown has been imposed at our Warehouse Location in Dapoli, MH from 1st July 2020. There will be a delay in shipment pickup and delivery as couriers are struggling to reach our warehouse to pickup the shipments. We are trying hard to handover all pending shipments to the concerned courier company. Your patience, understanding and cooperation during this difficult time will be highly appreciated.

Delhivery Operations Impacted at Mumbai, Pune & Hyderabad.
This is to inform that Delhivery is facing operational issues on the pincodes of Mumbai, Pune and Hyderabad due to the current volume surge and shortage of manpower due to Covid-19. Also, they are facing partial connection issues in Gurgaon & Bilaspur hub for shipments.
This is leading to a dip in the overall delivery rate at the said locations as well as meeting the pick up and delivery TAT. Hence, there will be typically 3-5 days delay beyond usual delivery time. Your patience and understanding are highly appreciated in this regard.

12-Day Complete Lockdown Imposed in Tamilnadu.
This is to inform that Tamilnadu Government has announced to impose a 12-day complete lockdown starting from 19th to 30th June in 4 districts including Chennai due to the spurt in COVID 19 cases. This could result in transit delay and delivery of shipments.
Affected Districts: Chennai, Chengalpattu, Kancheepuram, Tiruvallur
Affected Dates: 19th June to 30th June
