Food products once delivered cannot returned and refunded for. However, in case the customer has received damaged product due to any reason then the customer can send the details with actual images to email@example.com. Our team will assess the issue and replace or refund the damaged product on case to case basis. In either case the customer will be required to return the unopened/unused damaged product in as is condition to Savitur Industries at own cost before replacement or refund process is initiated by Savitur Industries. Once the damaged product is received by Savitur Industries, quality checks will be done by the team and subsequently decision to replacement/refund will be taken and communicated to the customer on the registered email id. In case of refund, shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount as shipping costs are non-refundable. Refund (if approved) amount will be credited back to the original payment source within 7-10 working days. Please note only regular priced items will be eligible for refunds (if applicable), discounted and on-sale/promotion driven products cannot be refunded.
